I am PSW in the community, I have a 4 year old whom is in school fulltime or with childcare provider, we are a quiet family always working hardly ever home, we respect the home and property as if it was our own, no smoking no parties no pets, our only downfall is our credit scores, being so young I had no idea what a credit score was, until a couple years back when I wanted to purchase a home which is why we are paying off debt and getting our scores up, my credit shouldn’t determine who I am as a tenant or as a person. That being said if scores matter to you then we are not the right fit for your home.
