Includes fridge, stove, microwave, washer, dryer and A/C. Unfurnished but currently does have one double bed, kitchen table / 4 chairs, TV stand and 2 living room chairs.
Located on small lot with grassed back yard. Parking for 2 vehicles is at the front. There is limited backyard access with no driveway or lane or parking.
Available with approved rental application. Damage deposit: one month’s rent. Renter is responsible for all septic and snow removal.

The house does have issues with a sloping floor due to foundation sinking. The plan this spring is to jack basement ceiling joists and add tele posts. This will require some additional work under basement floor. I am considering the reno to include replacing wooden basement floor making that area a better 2nd bedroom area. Existing 2nd bedroom is very small. The rental is not available until the work is completed. I am holding off any viewings until the work is underway.
Small pets considered but must be well trained. i.e. non aggressive to landlord.
