Lolly's Baking is a small online baking business operating in the South Cariboo area of British Columbia. We began our journey in 2015 and started selling our products at the South Cariboo Farmers Market in 100 Mile House, BC. With the support of the local community and their excitement for our marshmallows, we have grown into our online store, as well as having our marshmallows available for purchase at retail locations across Canada and in the United States. We have been a Top Shop on Faire (a wholesale distribution website) for 3 years.

WHERE WE ARE NOW

We make our Handcrafted Marshmallows that are sold direct to customers through local farmers’ markets and our website, and to retailers as a wholesale item. We offer our customers a unique experience with our product and often promote the phrases “Snack ‘Em,” “Dunk ‘Em,” “Roast ‘Em,” and “Mallowventures,” encouraging them on the various ways each flavour of marshmallow can be consumed.

There are recommended favourites for eating straight out of the bag (“Snack ‘Em”), for putting in your morning coffee (“Dunk ‘Em”), and for roasting over the camp fire (“Roast ‘Em”). We’ve even encouraged and promoted adding our marshmallows to various desserts, creating Instagram reels from each adventure (“Mallowventures”) We offer customers a fun, whimsical and sometimes nostalgic experience with the flavours we create and the way they can enjoy this unique treat.
