74 silver line tri hill good engine/leg/trailer

74 silver line tri hull 19’ 165 merc trailers good. Engine and leg are both good but needs a starter. Was using the boat last year but its pretty rough. Floor has a few rotten spots no idea about the rest but I imagine it’s not the best. It floats, could be used… would be best to put the engine/leg in something else. 2507063904. $500 may part out
