Iso off property lease horse

I’m starting my search for an off property lease horse. I’m a confident, expirenced rider but I’m looking for one to take me up a step. I do local gymkhanas but I want to focus more on barrel racing next year. I have multiple references available upon request. Said horse will live with my 4 other horses on a rotating pasture. I am in Lone Butte BC.
My main guy is getting up in age and as great as he is, I am giving him a lighter work load for my own peace of mind. The only requirements I need is for the horse to be sound and sane. I do a bit of everything with my horses to keep their minds open. Feel free to message me any questions
