Need 1 bedroom rental apartment (no sharing)

From Spring through summer, my wife & I need a place to stay that is conveniently located near mall & medical facilities. March 1st to Oct 30th 2020. We're willing to pay upfront. Prefer utilities included. We're clean, respectful, do not smoke, drink or have any pets.
