Fircrest Resort is located lake front with 1400 feet of lake frontage. The resort is a gated park offering amenities such as accessible washrooms and showers, full laundry facilities, a community centre with pool table, foosball table, darts, and other games, a fenced dog park, a kids playground, a boat launch with docks and boat trailer parking, a community beach, and dry campsites for guests.

Boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing are just steps away. ATV and snowmobiling trails are accessible from the resort. Mount Timothy Recreation Resort is 30 minutes away. Drive 10 minutes and golf at the 108 Golf Resort or drive a little longer to Williams Lake and enjoy their two courses.

Lot 85 is situated in a quiet area of the resort. With approximately 3500 square feet (42 x 90), there is plenty of room for a large RV, shed, firepit area, patio and/or deck. The lot is fully serviced with 4 season water, sewer, and electrical (50 amp). Current monthly fees are $150/month which includes electricity, water, sewer, garbage, property taxes, and an on-site manager.
