Cottage isn't located on the beach, however a beautiful view of the ocean can be seen from the front deck of the cottage. The cottage also has a deck at the back for you to enjoy a beverage in the fresh open Atlantic air, a nice clean view of trees and fields. It's relaxing, peaceful and laid-back. An eat-in kitchen includes: table/chairs (seats 6), fridge, stove, micro-wave, 4 slice and 2 slice toaster, kettle, coffee maker, keurig, smoothie/juice blender, hand-held blender, dishes, cookware, cutlery, tupperware, corningware baking dishes, lobster pot/cutlery, dish towels/cloths, placemats, tablecloths (indoor and outdoor).

Washroom includes tub/shower, washer/dryer, hair dryer, curling iron, towels and face cloths. Iron and ironing board available. Toiletries, laundry soap, dryer sheets and beach towels not provided.

Family room includes seating for six people, a flat screen TV (HDMI), DVD/VHS player, games and movies. Cap Pele dollar store provides movie rentals if you're looking for more.

Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler bag, small portable firepot (for the beach) and picnic basket provided.

Large backyard includes a propane BBQ, fire-pit, picnic table and 4 outdoor beverage holders. Propane tank can be filled in Shediac or Moncton. Enjoy a game of washers (provided) or relax around the fire-pit.

l'Aboiteau Park is a first class tourist attraction with a beach centre featuring showers, bathrooms, a restaurant with bar service, all along the magnificent coast. Includes walking/cycling paths, boardwalks can be used to access the beach where you can climb the tower to either admire the beauty of the sea or even to view Prince Edward Island on a clear day. The same tower offers a magnificent, illuminated view of PEI at night. Aboiteau Beach is considered to be one of the most beautiful unsupervised beaches of the southeastern shore of New Brunswick. Its white sands stretch for approx. 2.5 km. It is now wheelchair accessible right to the beach!

At the L'Aboiteau Wharf/Fishing Harbour in Cap-Pele you'll find the Seafood Paradise restaurant next to a fabulous beach (washrooms can be found beside the restaurant). Swim, go fishing or enjoy a delicious meal at Seafood Paradise, they are licensed including wine. They serve seafood the Acadien way. A fresh seafood fish market can be found beside the restaurant, filled with live and freshly cooked lobster. At their fish market you can find a variety of fresh fish such as: salmon, trout, sole fillets, shellfish including clams, mussels, quahogs, scallops, shrimps, crabs and much more! The cottage is only a few minutes to: the beach, 2 fresh Bakeries (best to get there early!), grocery store, gas station (includes ATM machine), Guardian Drug store, Bank of Montreal, National Bank of Canada, Arena, Bottle Return Depot (they'll take all plastic bottles), Alcool NB Liquor store, Tim Hortons, Public Library, Home Hardware (for anything you may have forgotten), Post Office, a Try Us Video et Dollar Store (includes movie rentals), ice-cream counter, popcorn and lots more.

LOBSTER SEASON: begins the middle of August and ends the middle of October. However the fish market at Seafood Paradise has a variety of fresh fish for you to enjoy!
