Enchanting waterfront log cottage - close to Ottawa!

We have the perfect get away to a safe environment close to home! Our custom built 4-season log cottage/home is situated on a small lake in Val-des-Bois, West Quebec (Outaouais) - a little over 1 hour from downtown Ottawa and 2 1/2hours from Montreal.

This is a newer construction with beautiful furnishings in an open concept - 3 levels (lower level has walk out), and comes fully equipped (i.e., bedding, towels, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, etc.).

This beautiful cottage can accommodate 7 persons.
It has 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double, 1 bunk bed with twin over double and a sofa bed (if required), 1 full and 2 (2-piece) bathrooms, 2 family rooms (second located on the lower walk out level),a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer, a large wrap-around deck overlooking a tranquil lake, patio set, BBQ, conversation set with large umbrella, and 4-person swing/glider. You also have access, on a complimentary basis, to a canoe, pedalboat and rowboat. Everything you need for that perfect vacation!

This is our little piece of paradise which we rent when we are not using it. It is the perfect place for that romantic getaway or family vacation. In the summer, you can enjoy swimming, fishing, boating (only electric motors allowed on the lake), nature walks, toasting marshmallows at the firepit or just sitting on the deck with a good book to enjoy the tranquility and beautiful views of the lake and mountains - an idyllic setting! In the winter, our guests can enjoy the numerous trails nearby for ski-doos, ATVs, nature walks, cozy evenings around the fire, etc.

We rent all-year round on a weekly (or longer) basis only.
