Wanted: cottage or bsmt May-Sept or so during house build

I am building a house and temporarily living in a cottage until May. Current owners would like to enjoy their space this summer so I am looking for secondary housing to tie me into the house build completion.
Must be pet friendly.
Can be located anywhere from Dartmouth to Jeddore.
Must have internet access and reasonable cell service coverage.
