The Condo is in a modern, well kept gated community that is nicely located in Fort Myers, Florida, tucked away between three main streets that give you easy access, yet the condo itself is completely isolated so you only hear the tranquil water fountain in the lake beneath your balcony. It's perfect for a relaxing vacation, whether it's a seasonal rental for snowbirds or a shorter vacation.
You are conveniently located a very short drive or short walking distance (5-12 minutes) to several restaurants, cafes and stores like Target, Publix, Walgreens, Dollar Tree and more.

There is everything you need for the beach - beach chairs, umbrella, shelter, blanket and towels and roller cooler. And the Kitchen is well equipped with a Keurig, Sodastream, Zwilling coffee maker and grinder, blender, electric juicer, crock pot, and lots of cookware. There is a water and ice dispenser and an induction stove and dishwasher. Laundry is inside the condo unit too.

It's only 5 miles (a 10-15 minute drive) to Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island and only a 20 minute drive to downtown Fort Myers. Both are almost a direct drive from this community.

Many other Florida tourist destinations are within a day-trip or an easy overnight trip, including wilderness preserves, the Everglades, Alligator Alley, beaches, etc.
