Within 10 minutes of the Arizona Cardinals Football Stadium, the Gila River Hockey Arena which is located near the Westgate Outlet Shopping and Entertainment District including trendy Restaurants and Bars. Also Phoenix International Raceway the home of NASCAR racing is within 10 minutes. Lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby as well. This area is fairly new. TV and Wifi Internet included.
