PARTICIPANTS NEEDED FOR RESEARCH on leisure and life experiences for the baby boom generation. We are looking for people born between 1946-1965 to take part in a study of leisure, work, and life transitions. While many baby boomers have begun to retire, others are unable to retire or are choosing not to retire for a variety of reasons. If this sounds like you, we want to learn from you.
As a participant in this study, you will be asked to participate in an online blog with others in your generation by sharing your experiences and perceptions of leisure, work, and your decision not to retire. Your participation would involve 4 sessions per year for three years, each of which is approximately two weeks. You will be asked to log on to the blog about 5 times in each session. You can create new posts and/or comment on the posts of others.
If you volunteer to participate, you will be contacted by a researcher to help you set up an account and get comfortable navigating the blog. In appreciation for your time, you will receive a $50.00 gift card annually. For more information about this study, or to volunteer for this study, please contact: Rebecca Genoe Faculty of Kinesiology and Health Studies at 306-585-4781 or Email: rebecca.genoe@uregina.ca. This study has been reviewed and received approval through the Research Ethics Board, University of Regina.

Despite purchasing a motomaster car battery with a 3 year guaranteed warranty. an installation/removal fee and a disposal fee paid at the time of purchase,
the Automative manager at Canadian Tire in Abbotsford B.C. insisted that I had to pay an additional $40.00 fee to remove my car battery because female are "too stupid and useless" when mechanics are involved. I refused to pay the fee and took a rachet and unfastened the five bolts myself. The procedure took five minutes. Cost wise the automotive manager wanted to rip me off for $8.00 a minute. By comparison a lawyer only charges one dollar per minute. Eleven volts was the charge that remained on my motomaster battery.
Depsite this fact the automotive manager neither offered to replace their faulty product nor did he offer me a refund. Canadian Tire had already charged me $175.00 on the purchase of the motomaster battery. But after I refused to fork over another $40.00 for a faulty battery the automotive manager insulted me with a sexist remark. I urge you to shop elsewhere. Do not get ripped off at Canadian Tire as I did. Canadian Tire does not honor their warranties or offer warranted refunds.

DevOps is a term for a group of concepts that, have catalyzed into a movement and are rapidly spreading throughout the technical community. I propose this definition as a term that emerged from the collision of two major related trends. The first was also called “agile infrastructure” or “agile operations”, it sprang from applying Agile and lean approaches to operations work. The second is a much-expanded understanding of the value of collaboration between development and operations staff throughout all stages of the development lifecycle when creating and operating a service. The third is Quality assurance where the quality and the performance is measured. DevOps Course helps you to upskill yourself and land your dream job.
