On the Beach Manzanillo, Mexico

Casa del Mar is a private duplex situated near the port of Manzanillo on Mexico’s west coast, 200 km south of Puerto Vallarta. This beachfront property in Las Brisas (The Breezes) is known for its daily refreshing breezes that blow off the Pacific Ocean. The movie 10, starring Bo Derek, was filmed 3.5 km down the beach at Las Hadas Resort and Golf Course.

The beach is accessed directly over the seawall or by walking 60 meters from the main entrance to the public beach access. There are many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance featuring an amazing variety of Mexican and international cuisine.
Great shopping is available at the local markets or in larger shops, such as Walmart, Soriana, Sam’s Club and Home Depot. For the active person, local activities include deep-sea fishing, diving, golfing and hiking. The property is located 1 km from the 5 de Mayo Sports Complex with a rubberized running track and other facilities.

The building has two 1,700 sq. ft units on separate floors. Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The suites are fully equipped with a kitchen (stove with an oven, refrigerator/freezer and a microwave). WiFi is included. A washer and dryer are available on the utility level. The ocean views include great whale watching and the sunsets are spectacular. The building also has an ocean side private swimming pool.
