Master bedroom with a New King-sized bed night stands, huge closets, electronic safe, patio doors to deck & TV. Second bedroom has 2 New Queen-sized beds, new dresser night stands. Condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Large patio with new 5 seat conversation set overlooking well-groomed gardens. This complex also boasts a state of the art water purification system so the water from the tap is safe for drinking and the fridge has an ice maker/crusher. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with all appliances and a washer/dryer. There is high speed WiFi internet in the condo as well as free WiFi in the common areas Pool area. You can rest and relax around the two private condo pools, hot tub, with BBQ palapa with a new Webber BBQ, umbrella tables and chairs, and loungers while overlooking the marina waterway.
