We are selling our 5th wheel it is a great trailer, you will not find a cleaner used trailer on kijiji!! The trailer has a very comfortable layout for a family. There is a walk around queen bed in the front with side tables and drawers on each side, as well as his and her closet and above bed storage. Another nice feature in the trailer is the dinette has U shaped seating which will accommodate 5-6 people. in the back of the trailer there are Double bunks which allow the kids plenty of room to stretch out. The bathroom has a tub/ shower making it easy to rinse off the younger ones. There is one large slide which provides so much more room inside, and so many windows. On the rainy days the kids can sit inside on the couch watch movies and relax. There is plenty of storage inside and out so all your camping accessories will have a spot to go. Also outside is a outdoor shower, and outdoor speakers, power front jacks, and a large power awning. Our trailer has been meticulously maintained and only used about 4 times each season since we purchased new in 2013. After each camping trip we have a cleaning routine before we even put the slide back in. Inside the trailer we wipe down everything, clean the fixtures, bathrooms, vacuum and hand wash the floor. Meanwhile my husband goes up and cleans off the slide and the outside of the trailer including anything that is put back in one of the many storage compartments. We then pack it all up and bring it to wash the exterior before parking again!! We are OCD clean freaks..... A little extra that we had done to our trailer was we had City Spring install a professional lift to accommodate the height of the new trucks, so the trailer sits level. We also had a rear hitch installed on the trailer. When we purchased the trailer we also got the additional extended warranty, had all the fabric protected with their application, and bring it back every 2 years to have the outside waxed and polished.
Reason for selling is we bought an acreage a couple years ago and just have not had the time to use the trailer, to many things to get done around the house.

I built this platform for my 1996 Toyota 4runner.
As you can see in the photos, it folds and the rear seats can still be used. It's fully custom built and turned out pretty nice. The drawer is on 32" heavyduty slides that are rated for 200 pounds.

I am selling two hitches. The hitch with the ball can be used to haul any sort of utility trailer but the second hitch is a 2 in 1 dual hitch. I used it to also carry along a Thule bicycle rack when towing my motorcycle trailer. Very useful for camping / hauling your toys around this spring and summer.

Trailer is in good shape, we have had it inspected and fixed a few minor things with it. New battery, toilet, screen door, AC Unit. It does have a small tear in the awning from the wind this summer. Comes with 2 30lb propane bottles. Great trailer for hauling with smaller vehicles. Only reason we are selling is because it’s to small for our family now. No rush to sell.
