Meet Lily she is a 4 year old, spayed 100percent healthy girl. She is good with cats and other dogs, good with kids 10 and up. Just because she has no experience with little kids. Lily is the princess that bonds deeply to her family. She is a dedicated and very loyal dog, who is always looking to please. She is great with other dogs however she really enjoys being the apple of her families eye, being the only puppet in the house is her preferred style. Fully house trained no difficult behaviours to be addressed she is a good, family citizen and likes to participate with her family fully. Lily walks nice on a leash and loves a good play at the dog park with friends. Unfortunately due to rapid health changes in our family we need to rehome. Lily is happiest when you are home however she can be left for the work day and be totally fine, she will lay right by the door awaiting her famlies return. She is a one walk a day gal usually in the evening. Her feeding and business routine are very easy to manage prior to heading out for work. Lily can live in a condo or townhouse set up she is very quiet almost no barking only one alert to let you know someone is near by to her family. Because Lily bonds so heavily to family there will be an adjustment period with her but once completed, some family is in for a real treat. Sugarcoated Sheepdogs is excited to present our litter of 12 AMAZING Standard F1 Sheepadoodle pups!
These sweet pups were born on May 2nd to our lovely CKC Old English Sheepdog Zara. The father of the litter is handsome Ember, a CKC red moyen poodle. Both parents are wonderful in every way, happy carefree temperaments with their clear genetics makes for a gorgeous pup like these ones.
Our pups are expected to grow to a weight of 50-60 pounds, however, weight can vary with puppies ending up smaller or bigger than the estimated adult weight. They also have poodle-like coats, some being wavy or curly. This attribute makes them ideal for families with allergies. Their coats are also currently a jet black color with white markings. This jet black color could give way to a gray by a year of age depending on whether the pooch inherited the fading gene of the Old English Sheepdog parent.
The puppies are raised according to our self-developed puppy raising program that was influenced by other programs such as Puppy Culture. Our puppies go through a lot of training before going to their new home to ensure that they can mature to be a loving family companion.
Early Neurological Stimulation.
Between the ages of 3 to 17 days, we make sure to do ENS with our pups. ENS consists of 5 easy and helpful exercises that give the pups a better mentality to deal with stressful situations in their adult life. These exercises include tactile stimulation, lying in the supine position, held with head held up, tilted upside down, and thermal stimulation.
Sensitivity training.
Our puppies are desensitized in a safe and secure environment to many different sounds (clanging pots, the vacuum cleaner, thunder) and contacts (brush, nail clippers, grooming clipper). This helps them to be confident around new places such as the vet, groomers, or in public.
Socialization.
We introduce our little ones to multiple types of animals, including cats, other dogs, rabbits, and birds. They also meet with lots of people, elders, young children, adults, everyone!
Early Scent Introduction.
ESI (Early Scent Introduction) is training that we do with our puppies which enhances their ability to identify, and react to, specific scents. This will help them to not be overwhelmed when they are bombarded with new smells from the real world.
Temperament Testing
When each of our puppies are 7 and a half weeks old, we temperament test our puppies to see what our puppies' personality will be as a mature adult. This is a great way to match each puppy with just the right family.
Our puppies go to your home vaccinated, dewormed, and vet checked. They also come with a spay/neuter contract and a go-home puppy package. We also offer transport to anywhere in Canada for an additional fee.
If you are interested in any of our pups, we encourage you to contact us so we can get to know you. We only allow our puppies to go to approved homes. After we have gotten to know you, we ask for a $200 deposit to hold the puppy of your choice. The allotted price for one of our puppies $1,800. We are also happy to have you come look at our sweet puppies in person.

This is Boomer.
His birthday is August 3, 2021, so he will be 2 this year.
He is an Anatolian Shepherd cross - which we learned a lot about because we hadn’t heard of them before. They are a livestock guardian breed.
He is a big boy weighing 104 pounds and loves the outdoors. He is low energy, calm and loving. He loves walks, food and practicing all his commands. He is kennel trained, house trained, knows his commands, and quite well honestly. We have everything he needs and they will go with him, so he has familiar things.
We brought him home as a puppy from the humane society in Calgary, to grow up with our other dogs. Up until recently he has loved our other dogs. But he has come to learn that he doesn’t want to share his space or his things with any other dogs anymore.
He is neutered, up to date on all his shots and vaccinations and has completed professional obedience training.
He is looking for a home that will love him as much, if not more than we do. A place where he will be the only dog and won’t have to share his space. He has been absolutely wonderful with our 3 kids (ages 5-9) and every human he has met.

Easter puppies!
Cosmo and Luna are happy to announce the arrival of 11 perfect puppies. 7 females and 4 males. They were born on February 4 and will be ready to go home on April 1st, just in time for Easter!
Cosmo is a 4 year old purebred American Golden Retriever. He weighs 75lbs and has the most beautiful golden coat! He is loyal, goofy, calm, cuddly and the bestest boy! He is your traditional Golden, loving anyone and anything in sight. He is your greatest fan and goes anywhere you go!
Luna is a 2 year old purebred Canadian Golden Retriever. Her nature instincts were noticed from the moment we brought her home. She would rather be outside on any given day. She is incredibly smart, great with children and elderly. If you are looking for a companion who likes to snuggle, this girl couldn’t get closer, literally.. She weighs 65lbs and has a red-golden coat.
Our puppies are raised under foot experiencing all the important stimulations from day one. We have just finish their ENS treatment to jump start your friends training and development. They are being handled and monitored everyday to ensure each of them is growing and thriving! They will be ready to go home between 8 and 10 weeks once they have received their first veterinary examination, shots and deworming. We will be sending them home with a puppy package that will help them transition to their new homes.
We have created a Facebook Group that you can see updated photos of the puppies while you’re waiting for your fur baby to come home. “Cosmo and Luna’s Golden Family” This will also be used as a resource to stay connected with your pups siblings if you wish.
