Hi!
My name is Brett and I am a certified personal trainer that graduated from the Australian Fitness Academy. Being a trainer has been my full time job for over a decade and I couldn’t love it more. I have also previously been named by Muscle Insider as one of the Top 10 Trainers in Canada which I am extremely proud of.
I own a private personal training studio called Zone 105 located in downtown Edmonton (with free parking!). Right now my team and I have couple openings in our schedules and are looking to add a couple more clients. We work with many different clients who have a large range of goals. If you are looking to jump start your fitness, break a plateau, lose weight or put on some muscle mass we can do it! We also do program development, online training, sport specific training and injury rehab. So stop talking about it and let’s do this!
