Ceci est notre condo familial, donc on cherche un locateur respectueux de lieux et voisins. Qui va bien prendre soin des meubles et lieux en général comme chez vous. Il a un règlement de propreté a respecter.
La date de sortie se fait un jour et demi avant la dernière journée du contrat, exemple: vous finissez le 30 du mois, alors la sortie se fait le 28 a midi le plus tard. Ceci pour nous permettre le nettoyage complet de désinfestation des lieux.
On cherche de locations de 1 mois et plus en été et de 4 moins et plus en hiver....si possible.
