Fixed term lease for rental of our home with a possiblity of a new lease after 6 months, if everything is going well. We will be looking for a tenant that will treat our home like they would their own. Applicant(s) must be working.
This house is newly renovated with all new paint, flooring, kitchen, bathroom, heat pump, electric baseboard heating, lighting, and appliances including: fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher(ordered).
Located in Kingston, 5 km to CFB Greenwood. In walking distance to elementary/middle schools, shopping, and bus routes. There's a large yard and a full, unfinished basement.
No smoking.
We will consider a small trained dog, no puppies, no cats.
Yard work (mowing large yard), snow removal, electricity, wifi, and tenant insurance will all be the tenants responsibility.
