RARE! 1991 KAWASAKI ZR750C ZEPHYR
Description
I have for sale a very rare 1991 Kawasaki ZR750C Zephyr.
The bike is in excellent condition, starts and runs great, looks absolutely beautiful!
The ZR750C Zephyr was considered the revival of the 1970’s Kawasaki Z2 750, the Little Brother of the all mighty Z1. The Zephyr was especially popular in Europe and Japan, and contributed to the popularity of naked bikes in the 1990’s.
This Zephyr went through an Out of Province Safety Inspection three years ago and both front and rear tires were replaced at that time. I have only driven the bike for less than 7000 km’s since then.
The cush drive was also replaced and the rear shocks were replaced shorty afterwards with aftermarket ones. I do have the original shocks if you would like to rebuild them and bring the bike back to OEM. A new battery was installed this year.
It currently has a lower, aftermarket seat which was imported from Japan and the original OEM seat is also included in the sale.
It sports a Euro style bullet cowl, which can be removed if you want.
The rest of the bike is original.
It has a few scratches on the right side muffler (see pics) and a few nicks here and there but all are hardly noticeable.
I love this bike so I am not in a hurry to sell. I just have too many bikes so this one needs to go to the right buyer.
The bike is in Banff but I may ride it into Canmore for viewing if it fits my schedule.
Price is firm and low ballers will receive no response, so don’t even ask.
