I am a young professional that is moving in my 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment for the 1st of March and I am looking for a roommate. The appartment is situated in the Peak Estates appartments in Canmore.
A little bit about me, I am a big outdoors enthusiast like most people in Canmore and mostly spend my weekends in nature. I like it to be quiet during the week. But on weekends, I do not mind the casual beers or hangouts.
I am looking for a roommate that is understanding about the fact that I am mostly working from home during the week, that has good communication and that is clean. In regards to the length of the lease, I am looking for people that are looking for more than a year.
Note that utilities and internet are not included in the rent. The utilites bill will be split in half each month.
