5 months minimum. Monthly rent is 1500 for two people, utilities included heating water high speed WiFi and free Laundry. Deposit is one month.
Clean freak is a must, Quiet and low profile is priority. (current housemates are all like that, so must find a good fit)
Employed in town.
No in door smoking, no alcoholic.
