Docking for one watercraft is available for an additional $50 per week.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Security Deposit
• A $600.00 e-transfer security deposit is required to secure your booking.
• The deposit will be returned by e-transfer no later than the day after departure, provided there are no damages.
• Any damages to the property, furnishings, or household items caused during your stay will be deducted from the deposit at the owner’s discretion based on repair/replacement costs.
2. Rental Payment
• The total rental fee of $1350.00 is due in full upon arrival, in CASH ONLY.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: 2:00 p.m.
• Check-out: Promptly at 10:00a.m.
• Please respect the check-out time to allow sufficient time for cleaning and maintenance.
• All keys must be returned to the owners upon departure. Failure to return keys will result in a deduction from your deposit.
4. Occupancy & Guests
• Maximum occupancy: 4 overnight guests
• Day guests are welcome at a rate of $15.00 per person, per day, payable in cash daily.
5. Smoking & Noise Policy
• No smoking or candle use is allowed inside the cottage. Outdoor ashtrays are provided.
• Please maintain a quiet environment after 11:00 p.m. in respect of nearby neighbors.
6. Docking Fees
• A $50.00 flat weekly docking fee applies if bringing or renting a watercraft.
• Fee must be paid in cash prior to docking. Only one watercraft is permitted.
• Unpaid docking will result in a deduction from your deposit.

INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL:
• Kitchen towels, dish cloths, bed sheets, pillows, and comforters
• Use of appliances, dishes, utensils, flat screen TV, WiFi, and DVD player
• One roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper
• BBQ with one propane tank (please clean grill after each use)
• On-site garbage and recycling bins
• Access to waterfront gazebo (note: furniture must remain inside gazebo)
• Bring your own chairs for use at the fire pit or waterfront
• Fire must be fully extinguished before bedtime

DEPARTURE EXPECTATIONS:
• Do not leave any food in the fridge or cupboards
• Leave the unit in the same clean condition as upon arrival
• Cleaning supplies are provided

LIABILITY WAIVER:
The Owners shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss incurred by the renter(s) or their guests during the rental period. The renter is responsible for the security of the cottage, its contents, and their personal belongings at all times.
