AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

Szajko Solutions is searching for a motivated and driven Service Advisor to join their team to be the liaison between customers and mechanics. We are a small locally owned business servicing Barrie and surrounding area. Do you have experience with general office duties and customer service? Do you have previous service advisor experience? We want to hear from you!
Daily tasks expected to be performed :
- Estimating time and cost needed to repair clients vehicles
- Welcoming customers and assisting them with their needs
Prepare repair orders/work orders for technicians.
Maintaining automotive records
keeping paperwork and invoices organized
- Answer phones using excellent phone etiquette
- Provide answers to customer questions/ quotes before repairs.
The ideal Szajko Solutions employee will possess:
Ability to work strongly as a team or individually.
-Strong communication skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to adapt to changing environment day to day
-Ability to navigate and utilize technology (e.g shopkey invoicing software, open office)
-Technical knowledge to explain repairs/estimates to customers
ideally 1-2 years service advisor experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
