Business Development and Relationship Manager
Description
The Stay-Kleen Hub provides Commercial Sanitation Solutions that uses a combination of environmentally friendly and green cleaning products, equipment, processes, and training to provide clients with a clean, healthy, and productive environment. We partner with our clients to develop a customized green cleaning program to meet their specific cleaning demands. We are currently searching for a dynamic Business Development and Relationship Manager. The Business Development and Relationship Manager must have a growth mindset and is responsible for acquiring and supporting client through professional, proactive contact to generation of new business opportunities and maintaining and growing existing clientel. The position has a commission compensation package based on new client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
o New Business Development: Responsible for New Client Acquisition and deepening client relationship
o Reach out to potential clients to present our products and service offerings.
o Self-generate appointments to leverage growth via Networking, Emails, Cold Calling, Prospecting Visits, and social media opportunities.
o Documenting and tracking key potential clients contacted.
o Display a professional manner while representing the company.
o Drive growth by selling services to customers in industries served.
o Managing all aspects of the customer relationship with past prospects and former customers
o Directly communicating and meeting with potential customers to schedule sales and marketing presentations while tapping into your creativity in face-to-face client meetings
o Site visits with potential customers to gather all key information while learning about their organization.
o New Contract Negotiations: Responsible for creating, reviewing, and presenting proposals in a professional manner to potential customers for approval.
o Provides regular updates and information relating to weekly activities and account status to CEO.
Knowledge, Skills, And Education Requirements
o High School Diploma OR College Diploma (Business Experience preferred)
o 2 years of previous experience in Sales (Inside and Outside) AND Business Development (Commercial Janitorial Experience Considered an Asset)
o Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
o Demonstrated use and knowledge of social media to accent a creative approach to winning customers.
o Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills with a tremendous focus on details, understanding margins, pricing, and costing.
o Highly organized, focused, and comfortable making direct communication with prospective customers.
o Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
o Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
o Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills with a focus on customer service and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
