The run under the coop is amazing for shade and air flow.
Coop has large drop down door for easy cleaning. Slip sheets included to make cleaning a breeze. Roosting bars installed inside the coop.
Nesting box is leak proof and provides easy access for eggs.

Has clear door that can be opened and closed from outside the coop.
Large roof peak air vent installed along with additional circle air vents.
Plexiglass windows installed for additional light.
Add on run is 4’ wide x 6 feet long’.
All pressure treated wood.
Hardware cloth install all around coop.
Hard ware cloth goes 1 foot under ground aswell.
Easy access door for accessing run. Multiple locks. Ramp for chickens to access coop door is included and removable.
Amazing coop. Heavy but able to be detached into 2 pieces.
