Looking to rent tillable and Exsiting hay farmland in (Oro, Barrie,Elmvale, Tiny, Hillsdale, Misland, Springwater, Tay, vespra, and surrounding areas) possibly Further for the right Farm. This would be for 2025 crop year and beyond. Multi generation farmer wanting to expand my operation and find landlords to work with for years to come.
There are many great farmers out there and I do not wish to bid up or steal land. However, if you’re a farmer considering retirement or a landowner looking to make a change I am very interested. Willing to pay competitive rent and treat your acres as if it they were my own. Prefer annual cash rent but would also farm on shares in the right scenario. Can provide references from current landlords upon request.
All land I rent is soil sampled as needed, feilds are kept clean and weed free. I utilize both notill and full tillage practices depending on the lay of the land and soil type. I treat every acre with individual attention to improve the ground the best I can. I own equipment to move dirt as needed for, tree cleanup, Field Acsesses and driveway maintenances.
