Looking to establish punk/crust project

31 yr old guitar player (could be bass if need be) trying to generate something. Limited practice time being asked, once every two weeks would be more than enough if all come ready and practiced.
Looking to write music in the vein of bands like discharge, world burns to death, wolfpack, anticimex and so on. Harsh and violent - no pop punk
