Single mom leaving abusive relationship moving to New apartment

Hello I am a single mom of 3 boys (ages 6 months , 3 years and 8 years ) I recently left their dad and am living in a shelter, we were just approved for a 2 bedroom apartment and I am in need of all furniture and food.
If anyone could help me with furniture and/ or gift cards to get things for our new apartment I can pickup .
We are moving to timberlea so I can pickup anywhere in halifax or timberlea or around those areas.
We are starting over so the only things we have are clothes and some toys and blankets . Thank you so much
