Hey selling a 2006 30ft trailer great condition very clean, well kept. Sleeps 4-5 comfy, has great AC and heat, its on West Lake w direct access to lake beach and dock area. Its a small quiet park not many trailers only 12 so not busy more relaxing. Its 2 mins from the main sandbanks gates great spot!

Has Kayaks and canoes for free use.
