Admin/Project Co-ordinator/Landscape/Pools

We are currently looking to hire a Project Coordinator.
Role Description: We're looking for someone to help coordinate our construction crews. Working alongside our Construction/Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will assist in the management of the day-to-day activities for the crews. A combination of office time and job site time coordinating daily activates, leading/ motivating crews, ensuring accuracy and compliance. We're looking for someone with landscaping experience, and someone who naturally enjoys working with people. Role Requirements:
• Ability to work as a team and/or independently
• Ability to lead a team, motivate others
• Organized & punctual
• Ability to read landscape plans
• A keen eye and strong attention to detail
• Work with subcontractors
• Great communicator
• Willingness to work outdoors in ever changing weather conditions
