My design and manufacturing ideas have all been ratified by a local well-respected engineering firm of long standing. The model uses a 30' by 60' footprint. These walls, delivered to a building site, will allow, with the use of 5 or 6 experienced framing carpenters, the building of a bunglow shell in 1.5 days, or a two storey shell in 3 days, including a waterproof roof.
