Ideally looking for someone responsible, respectful, working, and non-smoker. ONE PERSON ONLY.
This is my house I live in, this is NOT an apartment/condo/duplex.

My last tenant just left so I'm posting this again. Open to long term or short term. Month to month.

Rent - $1,000/month plus whatever share of the utilities etc... that you use.
