Looking for a maintenance sub-contractor for rental properties in Belleville, Trenton and Campbellford.
General property maintenance including painting, flooring, drywall, yard cleanups, some emergency calls, masonry work.
A written contract will be required. Terms will be agreed upon based on experience. This is a contract, not an employee position. Contractor is responsible for their own insurance.
