Job Opportunity:
Are you passionate about sustainability and seeking a fulfilling role where you can make a real difference? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an Independent Sales Advocate. This role is all about promoting a unique product that costs the customer (small and medium businesses in the community) nothing. Instead, Renewal Squared pays rent to small businesses for their participation and putting bins on their properties - a true win-win situation!
Our recycling collection bins, placed on business properties, not only promote a greener community but also drive new customers to small and medium businesses. This is a triumphant triad for business owners, community residents, and Mother Earth.
This position offers complete autonomy and flexibility with no quotas, allowing you to design your work-life balance. Whether you're looking to supplement your current employment or sales position, this role is designed to fit effortlessly around your lifestyle.
Key Engagements:
Be the face of Renewal Squared Inc.'s unique recycling bin services, promoting our rewarding program to small business owners in the Durham-Kingston area.
Craft and nurture a vibrant client database within your territory.
Build and maintain positive, productive business and customer relationships.
Identify potential leads and transform them into satisfied clients.
Provide valuable insights on customer needs, potential for new products, and competitive activities to the management team.
Align your sales efforts with our innovative marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in the textile recycling industry.
Qualifications:
Sales experience is appreciated but not essential. We value passion and drive more than a resume.
Familiarity with CRM practices
Self-motivated and target-driven with a knack for sales.
Outstanding selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
Strong relationship management skills and an openness to feedback.
Compensation:
This position operates on a commission-based structure. Successful candidates will enjoy a generous commission on all sales, offering a potentially lucrative income dependent on individual performance.
