We are in Prince Edward County just 5 minutes south of Belleville.
Beautiful private, quiet country setting with large deck and views of woods from all windows.
You will see birds, squirrels, bunnies, my pet chipmunk Chippy, opossums, my feral cats, and the occasional deer. We have a big back yard going back to beautiful woods.
Our rooms are nicely furnished with a double bed, a large desk and simple furniture in a modern comfortable house.
Your room has air-conditioning, a space heater, a fan, and a window that opens.
Included in rent: Wifi, use of kitchen (if tidy), heat, air conditioning, hydro, treated well water, use of washer/dryer (not for really dirty clothes), and one parking space.
Our home is best suited to clean, tidy, and easygoing working people.
No dogs. You may be able to bring a cat if it can stay in your room ($10 per week). I already have two Bengal tigers and they own the house.
Fish and birds are welcome too if they are quiet, the cats agree with me on this.

A deposit of $60 is required for cleaning or damage. If there is no damage and the room is as clean as it was when you moved in, this will be returned to you.

Here, enjoy all the amenities of Cherry Beach Resort, including its own 1200 foot PRIVATE beach, newly renovated heated pool and lounge area, brand new children play area, kayaks, canoes, and water sports. You can even tour East Lake on Cherry Beach's new Pontoon boat, or rent it for your own enjoyment.
Our cottage is one of the biggest park models on the resort which allows for a lot of space for your family and friends. With central heating and air conditioning these park model homes will keep you cool in the summer and warm on those cold spring and fall nights. We have 2 large desk, one in the front and one in the back, and we also have our own firepit. The Cottage comes fully furnished including fridge, stove, and over the stove microwave.
FREE WIFI can be accessed from our cottage from the resorts free WIFI. Only a number of cottages on the resort has this capability.

My boyfriend and I are in need of an apartment for January 1st. Preferably at least 2 bedroom but because of the timeline open to other options. We are both employed and have job reference.
