TOTAL Works Truck and Equipment has an immediate opening for an experienced HD Truck & Trailer Service Advisor.

Salary:

• Compensation will be calculated based on past work experience.
• Full benefits after completion of probationary period.
• Relocation expenses will be considered.

The skills & duties required of the successful candidate will include:
• Communicate with the Heavy-Duty repair technicians and prioritize their assignments
• Answer Phones and emails in a polite and professional manner, providing exceptional Customer Service and Product knowledge
• Greet customers and discuss the type, quantity, and quality of the merchandise and/or services they require
• Schedule Appointments and follow-up with Customers and Suppliers
• Compile parts & service cost estimates
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Participate in other duties as assigned

Key Attributes:
• A strong knowledge of the heavy repair industry is key, but not required
• Previous Service Desk experience will be an asset
• Excellent communication, customer service & interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will be an asset
• Able to work under pressure, and complete tasks in the assigned time period
• A good listener, who is able to ask questions, when necessary, to solve problems and come up with sound solutions
• Must have the ability to work both independently, and as a contributing member of the team
• Must be able to manage time and resources to the company's advantage
• Punctual, with a strong work ethic and an outstanding attendance record
• Above average computer skills
• A class 5 (Minimum) Driver's License
• Must be able to Read, Speak, and Comprehend English
