I am thinking about selling my week 51 timeshare at the Banff Rocky Mountain Resort.

The resort has:
• Indoor Pool
• Indoor Hot tub
• Outdoor Hot tub

• Kids activities and so much more.
This timeshare week is the most sought after week of them all. If you can’t go one year, it is very easy to rent it out for a profit or bank it with your timeshare company. The timeshare expires in 2045, and the check in and out is Sunday to Sunday.
The maintenance fees are $1475.00/year.
If you wanted to rent that week over Christmas it would cost around $500-$600.00/day going through the hotel.
I am asking $4900.00. Trades are welcome, but am mostly looking for cash.
