The home has 3 bedrooms, the master has double closets, (1 being a walk in closet ) & there is a full bath Rm on the main level as well. The lower level with large daylight windows offers a bright family room with double windows, a 3rd bdrm (Queen Bed) & a 3/4 bath with walk in shower. The home is equipped with a laundry rm, 1 oversized attached garage which the space will be available to guests but not for parking vehicle. *Open to short-term monthly stays in June, July, August, Sept. The property is situated in a family friendly neighborhood located just 10 minutes to Charlottetown and within 15-20 minutes of beautiful PEI beaches (family provincial pass included). This home offers an open concept living space with a south facing kitchen, dining & living area. There are 3 Queen Beds and a blowup bed available upon request. Lot's of space for families to enjoy!
