Waterfront Cottage, Long Point area, 2 weeks in Sept. available

Relax in the quiet surroundings of this lakefront cottage on Lake Erie, located near Port Rowan and Long Point. The cottage features up to date amenities and the charm of a rustic pine interior. The cottage is located adjacent to the Long Point World Biosphere Reserve known for it's natural beauty and biodiversity. It's a ten minute drive to Port Rowan where you will find a grocery store, boutiques, antique stores, restaurants, ice cream shop, LCBO the Beer store and more. It's easy to stay busy with opportunities for bird watching, golfing, cycling, swimming or simply relaxing by the water. The cottage features an Ikea Kitchen with a farmhouse sink, a live edge walnut bar top, both the dining area and living area have excellent views of the lake.Kitchen includes a full size fridge, gas stove, built in microwave, and all the necessities of a fully stocked kitchen. There are three bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with bunk beds, (double bed on the bottom and single bed on the top) We have a total of five fans three ceiling fans and two portable fans. Five of the twelve windows are are oriented towards the lake filling the living area with natural light and the sounds of the breaking waves and the calming breeze coming off the lake. We have two decks, one attached to the cottage and one down by the waters edge. We have a fire pit for small fires, firewood provided. There is a BBQ on the upper deck, propane is supplied. We offer WI-Fi , a 23" TV, the antenna brings in American and Canadian stations. Stereo with CD's, books and magazines, and board games as well. One week rentals, seven nights Saturday 3:00 pm check-in to the following Saturday checkout 10:00 am. We supply dish towels, towels & wash cloths, and blankets. Please bring your own bedding, pillows, & beach towels. This is a family cottage, No parties or events, No smoking, Ni pets, parking for two vehicles.
