We are renting our downtown fully furnished move in ready townhouse with everything you need for your winter stay.

Our preference would be a six-month extended short-term lease from November through the end of April. (Could be flexible and open to no less than monthly rentals)
This charming newly renovated 1600 sq. ft, bright modern spacious house is centrally located with 2-bedrooms, 2-full bathrooms + 1-powder room and workspace on a quiet street, yet just minutes’ walk from the ocean on 3 sides, Victoria’s Inner Harbor attractions, Fisherman’s Wharf, Dallas Road and the Breakwater, Beacon Hill Park, restaurants, pubs/bars, and entertainment centers and shopping.
The space features hardwood floors throughout.
The main level offers lots of natural light, an open concept living room with Sony Smart TV, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, utensils and a large selection of cookware, toaster oven, coffee machine, and many new appliances.
In addition, a powder room, washer and dryer are on this floor.
The second floor features a master bedroom with a king size ultra-comfortable
“Tempur-Pedic Adapt” Mattress and full luxury bathroom with rain shower.
The bright lower level features a bedroom with queen bed and full luxury bathroom with rain shower and bath. An office/workspace and open area for exercise/yoga.
