On sandy Flamingos Beach 25 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta and airport.
These are our spare timeshare weeks. This is resort only, food/flight not included. Big savings over the all- inclusive rate!, flexibility where to eat, a-la-carte at the resort or out in the surrounding area!
The 2 Bedroom combines both a Studio and 1 Br. The 2 sides lock off and can be separate entrances.
The 1 Bedroom sleeps 4 people. (King + sofabed) Kitchen, Living Dining area, Bathroom, Balcony.
The Studio sleeps 2 people. (Queen or 2 twin beds), mini kitchen, Dining area, Bathroom, small Balcony.
OCEANFRONT infinity pool with swim up bar, Big lap pool with shallow areas for kids, Entertainment, kids club, Optional all inclusive for extra fee. Several on-site restaurants. Bucerias town is nice 45min beach walk (or US$10 taxi) for lots of Restaurants and culture! Mega Grocery store mall is 15min walk (or US$6 taxi). Room request, but they do not guarantee an ocean view. Some units have palm tree, pool or koi pond views.
We don't usually rent a car. Bus stop and taxi stand are right outside of resort.
This resort changed names in 2017 to REFLECT KRYSTAL GRAND NUEVO VALLARTA from Bel Air Collection Vallarta. It now has an all-inclusive section which is all they advertise. They do not advertise their timeshare condos within the resort. We are timeshare owners there.
Interac e-transfer, or cash. Can meet in person in Vancouver, Calgary, Vernon, Victoria. References available from others who have rented some weeks from us.
This is a very nice 4-5 star Beachfront resort!
These two annual weeks in a 2Br are for sale as well, if you want to do the timeshare every year! We have too many other things going on to make best use of it. Contact us for more info.
