Modest home close to the beach
Description
House available for a snowbird. You''ll be warm and cozy here.. But any how, we all know the restrictions that you all have now so unfortunately I'm not waiting for anyone to get this house. I'm standing the rental time from may until the end of the year if any of you would like to come and experience the summer here. The bedrooms have ac! Any way, This is a non smoking house in the inside , please.. The house is in a cul de sac street where you can live like a local. It's quiet! . It is located in a subdivision called Villas del Mar in Puerto Vallarta about 15min walk to the beach but it could take you as long as 25min. It all depends on your pace. th
This is a long beach stretch so you'll be safe hanging out away from crows and keeping social distancing . The master bedroom has a bathroom , a smart TV and a brand-new matrimonial bed , there is another bedroom across from the master bedroom with a single bed.. They are both upstairs as well as another bathroom. Downstairs is a restroom and a bedroom Which I've turned it into a TV room with a bose sound, eh!. All three bedrooms have AC Window units and smart tvs , there are ceiling fans through out the house . It includes WiFi and netflix It's got a patio in the back with a brand-new state of the art washing machine so you can do your laundry during your stay. I've bought a new 14ft3 fridge for the kitchen , a new microwave, new utensils, new pots and pans, new coffee maker, a chopping board and dishes . It's freshly painted and decorated. The house has a carport for one car, and a small patio under the flower tree. You can walk to Wal-Mart, plaza Galerias, la isla mall or to many restaurants and taco stands around and to the beach. La marina is close too, or if you'd like to, you can get an uber or catch the bus and go to el centro or you could walk to it. It will take about 15 min. By car. There's an OXXO just around the corner as well as several small convenience stores and parks. It is fully furnished as well as a fully equipped kitchen , gas stove with an oven and everything you need to be the greatest chef during your stay, but if you can't cook, you could just brew you a cup of coffee in the morning , sit down under the umbrella in the back patio and order Uber eats for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Haha. You'll be responsible for the electric bill, I get the water one and the propane .If you may have a furry friend, it's welcome too . The rent is $850 USD per month or 300 USD per week or the equivalent in pesos at the actual exchange rate. it includes everything I mentioned above plus any repair that has to be done to the house during your stay in case something breaks down, if you rent it by the week, it includes the electricity.
I've enclosed a note from my firsts guest at casa hannah from my guest book. I asked Natasha for her permission to post it and she said it was okay. They stayed for 2weeks before they headed back to Canada. If you would like a reference, you may contact her via email. Her email is at the bottom of her note. I have more pictures of the house but I can only post 7 at a time. I could show you more but I'd need your email.
