Villa del Palmar resort is a Very Family Friendly resort in the North Hotel District of Puerto Vallarta, and is especially popular with Canadian and American retirees.
Superior Junior suite has a balcony, nice sized kitchenette with fridge, stove, (all necessities), Cable TV, wireless wifi, and either 1 king size or two queen size beds,. Sleeps up to 4 adults. Minimum 1 adult per room.
Full Daily Maid Service is included for all stays (except for cleaning dishware and cutlery, pots, and pans)
Villa del Palmar Resort is close to all amenities, midway between airport and the old town. Supermarket is just 1 block away if you wish to cook some of your meals. Outdoor BBQ grills available for your use.
Buses are just outside the resort to take you to Old Town or to Downtown OR the front security will arrange a cab for you, they are always available. You can walk the beach, enjoy the resort restaurants or the many choices a short trip to town. Very safe and secure and quiet. You cannot hear traffic and you can view the ocean and pools from your balcony (which is very large).
Lots of free activities onsite for adults and kids. Has 1 large pool for swimming/ water games, 1 large quiet pool, and 1 smaller pool with wading area . Also, 2 large hot tubs in the pool area. There are activities and entertainment as well as special dining festivities on site every night of the week.
The staff can arrange fishing trips, snorkling or diving trips, cruises of Banderas Bay or any of the many other local activities available.
Fitness centre is free for guests and is fully equipped and very well maintained. Lots of top quality fitness and strength machines.
Onsite Spa for massage and aesthetics.
Optional Meal plan or All-Inclusive also available at additional cost. You can arrange this at check-in.
Super friendly and efficient staff. Five restaurants/bars onsite.
We have stayed at this location for over 15 years and it is like home to us.
This is a time share resort, but you most definitely DO NOT have to attend any time share presentation.
This resort currently has strict Covid-19 protocols, including social distancing at poolside, restaurants, gym, etc. Masking protocol in indoor public areas.
The reservation will be confirmed to you by the resort, and must be fully prepaid with no refunds. However if the reservation is cancelled due to Covid-19 infection or quarantine or due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, you may reschedule to a later date, subject to availability.
