Located in the desirable SW area of Cape Coral and only 25 minutes from the South West Florida International Airport and I-75, 5 minutes over the bridge to Fort Myers and 30 minutes from Naples.

This immaculate luxury vacation home features a resort style outdoor area that is fully fenced for privacy along with an amazing pebble bottomed pool with full spa (bubbler and massage jets) and overflow marble waterfall into pool.

The outdoor patio is fully screened in and has a full sectional sofa, BBQ and reclining loungers for comfort and to entertain guests outdoors. There is lush tropical landscaping all around the grounds that surrounds the home. Discover the light-flooded living room with high ceilings and open the glass sliders to the outdoors for seamless inside and outdoor living. The living room contains white leather seating areas. There is a formal dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with center island which is fully stocked with all items that one would need, There are 3 comfortably large bedrooms that are spread out on each side of the home With the master-suite on its own separate side of the house. Hop 9 miles over the bridge to I-75 and enjoy the larger shopping centers such as Gulf Coast Town Center and the Miromar Factory Outlet Shops. Visit the surrounding towns of Fort Myers, Naples, Venice or Sarasota. Take the ferry to Key West. Orlando and Miami are only about a 3-hour drive away
