2005 MACH Z 1000

Description

Rare find in this condition muscle sled.
2005 Mach 1000 that has been meticulously
maintained in excellent running condition,
needs nothing to get on it and ride and runs
like new.
This thing is a blast to ride but not an entry
level sled..
A bit to many things on this one to list but:
Skid frame removed for service every season
and last season had a complete overhaul with
new BRP springs, centre shock as well as rear
shock rebuild, skid rails powder coated and new
idler and axle wheels and bearings.
Track in near new condition 96 stainless steel
studs with plastic backers.
Also replaced last season:
New secondary fuel pump upgrade to a Holley
12-428.
New Glass-Mat Battery, new ATS2-450 carbide
runners on both edges of the precision skis,
new fuel filter, lines and brake pads, fresh
chain case oil and more.
Engine and clutch:
Clutch has been overhauled and properly
balanced.
As with most these sled. This one has
had the engine rebuilt. However this one was
done much better with:
Wossner pistons and not Wiseco crap as well
the cylinder's upper and lower case are new
virgin parts and not reconditioned used parts.
Rave Valve assembly also complete overhauled
with new bearing, seal and cables.
