Description
2026 Alumni Reunion Schedule
Notice About Accommodation: Please read.
While there is accommodation available at the school during the weekend, the limited number of beds available are meant for people who have traveled to the reunion from out of town to help offset their transportation costs. Otherwise, we recommend either the Comfort Inn on King George Road or the Best Western Brantford Hotel on Holiday Drive. This year, we cannot guarantee space at either hotel due to another event also happening in Brantford that weekend, so it's a good idea to check sooner rather than later.

On-campus Accommodations
Pillows and Linens Reminder!
Please note that the school does not provide either pillows, bed linens or towels/cloths, so you'll need to bring your own if you are staying in lodging (residence.)
Other Things to Keep in Mind
For those staying at the school, as there is now a new (to many of us) Senior Lodging (residence) building where we will be staying, there have been some changes. Those who attended the reunion in recent years will be familiar with these changes.
Security has been changed and all doors except the front Administration door are now locked at all times. As we will be staying in the new Senior Lodging (residence) building which is attached to the main school building, this shouldn't be a problem.
There are no longer any keypads and access is only gained through the use of a pass. We are working with the school to ensure this won't cause Major difficulties
Nut-free and Alcohol-free Policy!
As with many other schools in Ontario, the WRMS is a nut-free environment, so if you plan to bring your own food, please be sure it contains no nuts.
Also, please note that consumption of alcohol is not permitted on campus at the school. As guests of the school, we are bound by this rule. If you would like to have a drink or two during the weekend, there are bars and restaurants relatively close by.
Now for the fun stuff! Your 2026 OSB/WRMS Alumni Reunion Schedule!
Note: the schedule is a work in progress, but we will do our best to notify you when there are updates as the reunion gets closer. However, it is subject to change without notice, so check this page often for the most complete information.
