**Job Overview**
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our team for the rest of the winter season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating snow removal equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and other designated areas during inclement weather.
**Responsibilities:**
- Operate snow plows and other equipment to remove snow and ice from roadways and designated areas.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
- Respond promptly to weather-related service calls and emergencies.
- Apply de-icing materials as necessary to maintain safe conditions.
- Keep detailed records of work performed and report any equipment issues.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid driver's license.
- Previous experience operating snow plows or similar heavy equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, based on weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
