The unit is 900 sq ft and is located in a gated vibrant community with a swimming pool and hot tub,
pickle ball, modern gym, horseshoe pits, billiards etc plus weekly events including bingo and poker for a nominal fee.

To be able to stay in the resort area one person has to be a minimum of 55 years old and anyone staying in the park must have a successful background check which is coordinated by the park manager.
$2000 US for the per month months plus a $500 damage deposit fee.
